In the activities in which young students participate, the following principles will be taken into account:
- Elimination of barriers that prevent or hinder participation in project activities.
- The selection of participants will be carried out in a transparent manner (with detailed information on each activity and the rules of the selection process).
- Principle of equality, not discriminating against anyone based on sex, race, religion, disability, sexual diversity, etc.
- Priority will be given to those participants who have the most difficulties (economic, disabilities…).
- Principle of gender equality, so that men and women have the opportunity to participate equally.
Thus, all activities will be planned and executed with a gender perspective.
